Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@healthselife.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Healthselife is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with household members, neighbors, or your building's management.

Delayed Orders
